We will assess your support ticket and categorise it as per priority levels and same will be informed to you for the estimated time required for solution. Our concerned engineering teams will be assigned the same, and will work diligently to rapidly isolate root cause and restore impacted services or perform requested changes. All updates and further information, will be posted accordingly
Change Request: • Email your request to: [email protected] • Your change request will be prioritised by help-desk and you will be notified with expected time of delivery. • The support executive will notify and communicate you the status of the requested change.
Development & Production Issues: • Email your issue to: [email protected] • Your issue will be prioritised by help-desk and you will be notified with expected time of delivery. • The support executive will notify and communicate you the status of the resolution. • Once the complaint is resolved, you will be notified and the complaint will be closed.
Enhancement Requests: • Email your enhancement request to: [email protected] • Bharati Web Pvt Ltd have weekly meetings to discuss the enhancement requests on every Tuesday. • We will discuss the priorities of enhancements and will let you know the expected delivery date on every Tuesday. • Once enhancement is handed over to development, you will get the updates from helpdesk team for status of the request.
